On the hot summer days of summer, moms everywhere search for inexpensive ways to keep their children cool, active and happy. Almost every will squeal with excitement when they hear they are going to the local splash pad. The excitement of running through the cold water, the anticipation of when their are going to be sprayed, or when the giant bucket will tip dumping water all over them is a wonderful feeling no child will ever forget.
